• Large custom orders and bulk business orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.

• Local Pickup: Available by arrangement in the Los Angeles area.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, order size, and delivery location. Final shipping charges will be provided before payment.

Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom orders are made specifically for you. Please double-check your sizes, colors, spelling, and designs before confirming your purchase.

Bulk orders may have different processing and shipping timelines, which will be discussed before payment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your package has been shipped, That Chick Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue.
