1. General Information
That Chick Prints is a Los Angeles-based small business specializing in custom apparel, personalized merchandise, DTF printing, and business orders.
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders, modify our product offerings, and update our pricing and policies when necessary.
2. Custom Orders & Personalization
All custom products are created according to the customer's requested design, size, color, and specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before production begins.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Additional changes may result in extra charges.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required before production begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Orders will not be processed until the required payment has been received.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and disclosed shipping charges.
4. Refund & Return Policy
ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or customer-approved design errors.
Exceptions will be made when required by applicable law, including where appropriate for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
5. Sizes & Product Colors
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate sizes.
We recommend reviewing available size charts before ordering.
Product colors and printed designs may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, fabric materials, and printing processes.
Minor differences in color or placement do not automatically qualify as defects.
6. Processing & Shipping
Processing times depend on the size, quantity, and complexity of each order.
Estimated completion and shipping dates will be communicated when available.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before purchase.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify the customer and provide cancellation or refund options as required by law.
That Chick Prints is not responsible for delivery delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers with shipping concerns when possible.
7. Custom Business & Bulk Orders
Bulk orders, company merchandise, uniforms, and business printing services may require separate quotes, invoices, and production agreements.
Final pricing is determined by quantity, garment selection, artwork, and customization requirements.
Customers must approve the final design and order details before production.
Any agreed deposits, payment schedules, and additional fees will be disclosed in writing before payment.
8. Copyright & Design Ownership
Customers submitting designs, logos, photographs, or artwork must have the legal right or necessary permission to use and reproduce those materials.
That Chick Prints reserves the right to refuse artwork that may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Original designs created by That Chick Prints remain the property of their respective rights holders unless ownership is transferred through a written agreement.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the artwork.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in providing quality merchandise.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Include your order information and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, correction, or refund when warranted.
This requested reporting period does not eliminate rights provided by law.
10. Product Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the recommended washing, drying, and garment-care instructions.
That Chick Prints is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, bleaching, or misuse of the merchandise.
This does not exclude liability for defective products or violations of applicable consumer protection laws.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and photographs.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information.
If a material pricing or product error affects an order, we will contact the customer to discuss available options before proceeding.
